Highway in the Sky Dine-Around
Highway in the Sky Dine-Around launches December 2nd 2016
Disney is launching a new experience involving Disney Dining, Disney’s Monorail and the three resorts along the monorail; Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.
For many of us, we already will take a day to just go resort hopping. Jump on the monorail and hit up each of the three resorts and enjoy all that they have to offer short of checking into a room or activities exclusive to those resorts guests. Dining, shopping, walking around enjoying the atmosphere are just a few things resort hoppers have always enjoyed.
Now Disney has created a package to cater to resort hoppers which include priority Monorail boarding.
The journey begins at The Wave…Of American Flavors at the Contemporary Resort. You will check in there and have a welcome cocktail. Then you will board the Monorail and head over the Polynesian Resort to celebrate the spirit of the South Pacific with island-inspired sips and appetizers.
After that hop back on the Monorail and head to your next destination along the route at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa where you will enjoy an elegant entree and wine pairing. After dinner you can hang out in the lobby and sip some sparkling wine and artisanal cheese samplings.
Finally hop back on the Monorail to head to your last destination at the Contemporary Resort for a delicious dessert of cordials and coffee on a private patio where you not only enjoy dessert but you will also enjoy watching fireworks over Cinderella’s Castle at the Magic Kingdom.
