Walt Disney World Price Increases for 2018 are Coming

Walt Disney World Price Increases for 2018 are Coming

Every year since the opening of Walt Disney World in 1971 there have been price increases on tickets and merchandise.  No one likes paying more money but to expect Disney not to increase prices this year or any year would be foolish.  Prices hikes should be expected again this year.

Currently, as of today February 6th, 2018 a 1 day 1 park ticket ranges from $99 on value days, $107 and normal days, to $119 for peak days.  These prices go down per day as you add days to your ticket.

It is recommended that if you know when you are going to Disney this year that you buy your tickets ASAP as the price increase is expected to happen this month and maybe even this upcoming Sunday, February 11th, 2018.

In the past, if you have a trip booked and are paying it off then your ticket prices will remain the same as the price when you originally booked your trip.  However, if you make any changes to your trip at all you could be subject to the new pricing so be aware of that.  The video below goes into better detail and explanation on that subject.
